Trauma informed holistic coaching is the refinement of over fifteen years of supporting community through one on one discussions and sometimes couples coaching and consulting designed to give you space to explore respite and individuation back to your humanity and truest self.

Honest and Gentle Presence

My approach is you remain the leader. Our work is directed by you with myself as an open guide who pauses to inquire in on what could be very key moments.
The gentle approach allows a natural rhythmic flow that supports your wellness and includes your wholeness.
We will take the pulse, weigh, and measure your timing to your individual and current cycle of life in each and every session.
Your own seasons of change and growth are led by you and inquired on with non-judgement, and with presence.
I have worked with my holistic community folks on many themes that include religious shame, CPTSD, cult survival, and individuation from it. Also on nervous system challenges, Obsessive and Compulsive behaviors, narcissistic attachments, Co-dependence with unsupportive family, connections and partners. De-colonization and Un-colonization exploration that may lead one to Re-Indigenization. Topics on lateral racism within Indigenous society, and BIPOC folks have been discussions that have illuminated and informed folks as well to course correction that may more fully align with one’s values. I have been honored to assist as well with many more personal challenges and incredible accomplishments beyond these within all human ethnicity communities. I do not gaslight the pressure colonialism has impacted and continues to impact us all. I also mentor young adults and folks of all ages where compatible.
